A Geogrid

One kind of geosynthetic material has a strong, stiff contour and a fair amount of opening. Naturally, this method of installing geogrid differs from geotextile installation.

2. To the prepared area, drag the geogrid. Make sure the geogrid is positioned level and above the ground.
3. Cut the geogrid to the necessary size. Cut the geogrid with scissors or a knife to fit.
4. Using a geogrid clamp or nail, attach the geogrid to the subfloor. The clamp or nail must be spaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications for the geogrid.
5. Once the geogrid has been properly installed, the top layer will be covered with a small stone or type of soil. To prevent movement or sinking into the geogrid, ensure that the coating material is firmly pressed.
6. The geogrid has been successfully installed in the area that has already been prepared.

Note : It is important to pay close attention to a few details when installing these geogrids, such as clearing the ground of all plants and roots before adding about 15 cm of geogrid. The material must be solid and in flat condition, which is the most crucial factor.
